I hear you, Marta. I’m living a similar experience with my mother & it’s difficult on so many levels. Your post speaks to those struggles so eloquently, and I appreciate your sharing. I have always enjoyed your stories, which like your art help me to see beauty and wonder in our world, even when the view is rather glum.
Sorry you’re going through such a tough time, Marta. I think it’s tougher caring for your parent than your child. At least have a sense of your child’s limitations. I think parents are much tougher to gauge. Or at least that was my experience. Sending you positive vibes, thoughts and light 💡 Take good care of you. You need you, too. 😃 And whatever you do, don’t beat yourself up!
